1/2 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic crushed
1 bottle tomatoes/28 oz. tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano (I have sometimes substituted 1 tsp Italian seasoning for the basil and oregano)
Brown hamburger. Remove excess fat. Add onion and garlic and cook until translucent.
Put tomatoes, tomato paste and seasonings in blender and blend slightly.
Add to browned meat and simmer. I usually only simmer long enough for my water to boil and cook the spaghetti. You can simmer longer if wanted.
You may ask, is that a toasted hamburger bun. Why, yes, it is! Yummy!
