So we are looking at 2015 right in the face. Can you believe it? We are heading into a new year, which is a great opportunity to review what is going well, and what needs to be adjusted. As I look back at this year, I see a lot of changes in my personal life, and a lot of opportunity for growth.
Although I don’t totally buy into New Year’s resolutions (oh, that is another post entirely…), I do believe in finding health and happiness for each of us individually.
